We designed a cohesive, modern look and feel that is now reflected throughout all the brand’s channels to create a seamlessly branded customer journey.

With the launch of a new website, HITT needed a brand refresh to reflect the sleek, modern design of the new site yet continue to convey its position as an innovative, trusted national construction leader. As Creative Director for HITT's brand refresh, my team and I took on the challenge of developing a new, visually engaging, modern design that captures the attention of current clients, new business, partners, and potential talent. We utilized client experience research to update language around providing exceptional building experiences, including a new tagline, “Trust, built.”

To stand out amongst competitors, we opted for a sleek, modern black and white color scheme with high-visibility safety yellow and accents of blue, purple, and grey. Drawing inspiration from construction materials, different textures were incorporated into the design to add depth and visual interest. The complete rebrand included logos, recruitment materials, proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, stationary, business cards, digital displays, newsletters, hardhat stickers, jobsite signage and more.
