I am a Creative Director with more than 15 years of experience working on an in-house creative team. I joined HITT’s award-winning marketing team more than ten years ago as a graphic designer before being promoted to my current role of creative director in 2020.

In my current role, I oversee all design and visuals for the HITT brand, and its application on internal and external materials including marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, digital media, apparel, jobsites, and more. For more than 10 years I have led a team of creative designers and worked with them to develop and implement design concepts, guidelines, and strategies for all creative projects for the national brand and for project teams nationwide.

As a leader, I pride myself on being decisive and always pushing the creative boundaries. My goal is to inspire and nurture the talents of those around me, whether it be building strong teams or developing campaigns built on solid strategy. I believe that the details matter, no matter how small and asking questions is essential to innovation. I'm always on looking for new ideas in everything from music to art to travel. I love collecting hobbies, learning and going on adventures.
